TheIncLab to demonstrate Nyx mission planning software at Project Convergence Capstone 5
March 12, 2025
TheIncLab engineers will join Soldiers at Fort Irwin to demonstrate aviation mission planning capabilities during the U.S. Army’s modernization experiment.
TAMPA, Fla. — TheIncLab will participate in Project Convergence Capstone 5 (PC-C5) at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California, in March 2025. The company’s engineers will demonstrate Nyx, its aviation mission planning software, and work with Soldiers to refine the software based on feedback from the field.
When mission requirements change, aviation planners need to update routes and share those changes with the teams that will carry out the mission. At Fort Irwin, TheIncLab will use realistic scenarios to examine how Nyx supports that workflow and where the software can make it easier for teams to coordinate.
PC-C5 brings together U.S. military services and multinational partners to evaluate how emerging technologies help forces share information, make decisions, and operate together. The California phase will include an assessment of the Army’s Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) efforts. A second phase in the Indo-Pacific will focus on joint and multinational command and control.
