About Us

TheIncLab team collaborating with client in workspace on mission software

We are THEINCLAB

TheIncLab is the first human-centered AI lab built for the fight. We engineer intelligent platforms with operators to deliver mission-critical capabilities that provide asymmetric decision advantage and reduce risk to life. We’ve transformed over 150 prototypes from concept to real-world solutions that work under pressure, building alongside warfighters using our award-winning TIL Process. Operating from Tampa, Florida to McLean, Virgina to Nashville, Tennessee, our teams of strategists, engineers and developers follow one rule: DEMO or DIE. The mission can’t wait, and neither do we.

Careers at TheIncLab

Our values deliver your success.

Relentless optimism

We are ambitious. We value progress and are growth oriented. We challenge the status quo and persevere despite obstacles. We are not afraid.

Obsessive focus

We have a bias for action. We operate with intent and bring unmatched value to our customers at a pace that delivers the competitive advantage they require.

Empathy

We are an organized extension of the users’ journey. We connect with our customers, understanding their tasks, workflows, pain points and decision making processes as they interface with data and make data-driven decisions.

Resourcefulness

We operate with small capable teams with self-governance. We move quickly with the sense of urgency and agility that our customers require.

Demo or Die

We deliver what we say we will.  ‘Demo or Die’ isn’t just a motto, it’s how we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards.

Trust

We place trust as the most valuable commodity to earn and maintain through our customer partnerships. We believe that with trust comes effective collaboration.
