TheIncLab to bring aviation mission planning and launched-effects software to Project Convergence Capstone 6
July 24, 2026
TheIncLab will join the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Irwin to support the Army’s evaluation of Next Generation Command and Control at division scale.
TAMPA, Fla. — TheIncLab will participate in the U.S. Army’s Project Convergence Capstone 6 (PC-C6), taking place July 20–29, 2026, at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California. The company’s engineers will work alongside Soldiers from the 4th Infantry Division to evaluate how aviation mission planning and launched-effects software integrate with the Army’s Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) architecture.
TheIncLab will bring LEAP Aether, its vendor-neutral platform for planning, rehearsing, and controlling missions involving launched effects and unmanned systems. The software allows planners to bring aircraft, payloads, and autonomy capabilities from different vendors into a single mission plan. At Fort Irwin, the team will examine how those workflows connect with the information Soldiers use to coordinate operations as conditions change.
The event builds on TheIncLab’s work with the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, Colorado, to integrate its software into the Army’s NGC2 architecture. At PC-C6, Soldiers will put that architecture to work in division-scale field scenarios alongside joint and multinational partners. Their feedback will help TheIncLab refine how its software supports mission planning and coordination in the field.
